Our method
A pricing record you can check.
Software changes in more ways than a higher monthly bill. We keep track of plans, limits and features too, and show the evidence behind each published change.
Capture the source
We capture public pricing pages over time, retaining the page and a full screenshot. Our starting set uses US dollar pricing; each company page identifies the capture date and links to the source.
Pricing can vary by location, billing period, seat type and usage. We record the terms visible at capture and leave ambiguous comparisons for review.
Review the change
A changed page is a lead, not automatically a price change. A reviewer checks the specific before and after values against both captures before a change is published.
Historical dates can be approximate when archive captures are spaced apart. We label them accordingly rather than claiming an exact change date.
Explain the effect
Each change describes what happened and which plan or limit it affects. When the source supports a per-seat comparison, we show what it means for a team and make the billing assumptions visible.
Estimates are a starting point. Your actual bill may depend on taxes, usage, discounts, contract terms or other charges.
Correct the record
We correct material errors openly on the affected page. A correction keeps the record useful to anyone who relied on the earlier version.
