What to know about Asana

Free plan

The captured Personal plan supports two users. Asana’s current guidance says a legacy 10-seat Personal plan is being phased out; check your account for its terms.

Seat bands

Paid subscriptions start at two seats; after five seats they are sold in bands, so six billable users require ten seats.

Who needs a seat

In an organization, a paid team covers that team's members; an organization-wide subscription covers all organization members. External guests do not consume paid seats. Check your subscription scope and membership before estimating.

Usage charges

The captured page lists prepaid AI requests at $0.50 each and on-demand requests at $0.60 each; eligibility and included usage depend on plan.

Put the price in context

What would your team pay?

Enter billable members in your subscription's scope. In an organization, external guests do not consume seats. The estimate rounds up to the next subscription size, assumes the same count for 12 months and excludes taxes and add-ons.
