Free static sites
The captured App Platform Free tier lists up to three static-site apps and 1 GiB of data transfer per app.
Paid containers
The $5 monthly starting configuration is one fixed shared container with 1 vCPU, 512 MiB memory and 50 GiB transfer. Other configurations cost more.
Extra resources
