What to know about Miro
Free boards
Free allows unlimited boards, with the three most recent editable.
Billable licenses
Starter and Business charge for licenses, including unassigned licenses. Removing licenses takes effect at the next renewal; members added during a billing cycle can increase the bill.
Guests and visitors
Starter guests can view or comment; Business guests can edit. Visitors use public links, and guest and visitor access does not add a license charge.
Payment method
Automated card payments require at least one license. Annual invoicing requires at least 10 Starter or five Business licenses.
Product scope
Miro focuses on collaborative whiteboards. Figma also offers FigJam, a separate whiteboarding product; its captured profile shows Figma Design prices.
