What to know about Postman
Individual plans
Free and Solo are for individual use. Postman says its new Free plan is limited to one user and cannot create a team.
Plan changes
Postman says its plans changed in March 2026: Solo was added and Team replaced Basic. Legacy customers can stay on their current plans until renewal. Professional plans can renew on their existing plan, and some custom plans can renew for a limited period for eligible customers.
Paid seats
The captured Team price is per user. Postman says each team also has two free seats for account management or billing; check who needs access to paid features.
Free AI credits
Postman’s AI credit guidance lists 50 credits per user per month on Free. Check your account for the allowance that applies to you.
