What to know about Google Workspace
What you are buying
Google Workspace is a business productivity subscription that includes Drive, business email, meetings and collaboration apps. Compare the full bundle and storage needs with a dedicated file-storage plan.
Shared storage
Starter includes 30 GB per user, Standard 2 TB per user and Plus 5 TB per user. Storage is pooled across the organization and shared by Drive, Gmail and Google Photos.
Storage on signup
Google says pooled storage is granted in stages: the full limit follows a $30 subscription payment and can take up to 72 hours to increase. Check availability before migrating a large volume of files.
Annual commitment
The captured regular rates are $7, $14 and $22 per user per month for Starter, Standard and Plus, respectively. The capture describes a one-year commitment with monthly billing; taxes are excluded.
Flexible plan
Google’s billing guidance lists flexible rates of $8.40, $16.80 and $26.40 per user per month for Starter, Standard and Plus, respectively. The flexible plan has no annual commitment; check current availability and account terms.
Promotional pricing
The capture advertises a limited introductory discount. Eligibility, duration and renewal rates can differ; confirm the offer and total at checkout before relying on it.
Team size
The captured page says Starter, Standard and Plus can be purchased for up to 300 users. Enterprise pricing is available from sales.
Before choosing
Estimate the number of paid users and the storage the organization shares, including email and photos. Compare Drive’s collaboration tools, security needs and commitment with the alternatives.
