How subscribers are counted

Billing counts addresses active at any point in the billing cycle, even if deleted later. Unsubscribed and bounced subscribers do not count; the count resets on the billing anniversary.

Moving up a tier

MailerLite says paid accounts exceeding their active-subscriber limit move to the next tier and the card is charged. A Free account that exceeds its limit has sending locked until the audience is reduced or the account is upgraded.

Sending limits

At the captured 500-subscriber setting, Comfort lists 5,000 monthly emails; Power lists unlimited monthly emails, subject to fair use.

At the Comfort limit

MailerLite’s plan-update FAQ says exceeding Comfort’s send limit triggers an automatic tier upgrade. The captured pricing FAQ instead describes upgrading to Power or waiting for the next billing cycle. Confirm the behavior for your account before reaching the limit.

Existing paid plans

MailerLite says existing paid accounts move to Comfort or Power at their next renewal or a manual plan change; automatic tier changes before then keep the existing plan structure.
