Free-plan retention
Slack’s help page checked November 5, 2026 says messages and files older than one year are permanently deleted on Free; workspace owners can instead choose deletion after 90 days.
Integrations
Free lists up to 10 apps; Pro lists unlimited app integrations.
Paid guests
On paid plans, multi-channel guests are billed like members. Single-channel guests are free, up to five for each paid active member.
Activity and billing
For eligible self-service subscriptions, Slack treats a member as inactive after more than 28 days without use and applies prorated credits for inactive or deactivated members. A paid workspace has a one-member minimum.
Promotions
The captured page showed a temporary paid-plan offer. The plan summary uses the regular displayed prices.
Enterprise+ price display
One US capture showed $45 per user per month with annual billing. Another US capture on the same day displayed contact sales instead.
