Free plan changed
Mailchimp Free lists 1,000 monthly sends after an earlier 10,000-send allowance
Mailchimp’s January 2022 help page listed 10,000 monthly sends on Free; its May 2025 pricing page listed 1,000. One send is one email to one recipient. The Free contact allowance also fell between these captures. The evidence does not establish exactly when or how many stages the limits changed, and account terms may differ.
